Product Description

HXGN-12 SF6 fully insulated and enclosed compact common box type ring main unit is made of imported aluminum-zinc steel plate, which is welded by using advanced laser welding technology, and the gas box is filled with SF6 gas, through simultaneous vacuumize and leak detection by ammonia to ensure the hermeticity of the gas box. Load switches, ground switches and other related switch parts, busbars, fuse insulation cylinders, vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber are sealed in stainless steel gas box. The bottom of the gas box is equipped with explosion-proof diaphragm, so that when the gas pressure inside the gas box exceeds a certin value due to an abnormality in the switch, it can be relieved from the lower part explosion-proof port, thus effectively preventing the damage of high pressure gas to people, cables and other rest equipments in the substation.

4. Modular and extensible, using a modular and extensible architecture, the same gas box can achieve maximum of 6 modules and will through the busbar expansion if comes more. The expansion busbar is fully insulated and shielded to fully ensured that it is not affected by climatic conditions and is maintenance free.

A variety of wiring schemes: Through the dedicated fully insulated and shielded busbar connector, the combination of multiple forms can be realized to achieve full modularization, which can meet the needs of different regions, forms and customers to the greatest extent, and provide a variety of power supply and distribution design schemes.

6. Visualization: Through the observation window on the panel to see the position of the load switch disconnection or ground switch, fully guarantee the safety of personnel and equipment.

7. For electric operation and FTU adopts special voltage transformer present electricity and measurement protection voltage signal to the mechanism and FTU, and install special base battery and charging module to ensure misapplication of power and uninterrupted power supply of FTU, and with corresponding functions according to user’s needs.

Service Conditions

1. Atitude: No more than 1,000 meters;

2. Relative Temperature: -25℃~+40℃;

3. Relative Humodity: Daliy average value no more than 95%, monthly average value no more than 90%;

4. Seismic intensity: no more than 0.4m/S², normal acceleration no more than 0.2m/S²;

5. Place of use: Should not have conductive dust or corrosive, flammable or explosive hazardous materials that are harmful to metal and insulators.

6. Installation place has no stenuous vibration, vertical slope no more than 3 degrees.
