Product Description

GGD low-voltage AC distribution cabinet is suitable for power station, substation, industrial and mining enterprises and related power users of AC 50HZ, rated voltage 380V and rated current up to 3150A power distribution system as power, lighting and distribution equipment for power conversion, distribution and control. 

GGD low-voltage AC distribution cabinet is a new type of low-voltage distribution cabinet designed according to the requirements of the Ministry of Energy supervisor, the majority of power users and the design department, and based on the principles of safety, economy, reasonableness and reliability. The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, strong seriality, practicability, novel structure and high protection level. It can be used as the replacement product of low-voltage switchgear.

GGD low-voltage AC distribution cabinet conforms to IC439 "Low-voltage Complete Sets of Switchgear and Control Equipment", GB7251.1-2005 "Low-voltage Complete Sets of Switchgear" and other standards.


Features

1. GGD low-voltage AC distribution cabinet adopts the form of general cabinet, and the frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-formed steel, and the frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated steel production factory to ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet. The components of the general cabinet are designed according to the module principle, and there are 20-mold mounting holes with a high coefficient of universality. It is convenient for the factory to achieve pre-production. That is to shorten the production cycle, but also improve the work efficiency.

2. The design of GGD cabinet takes into fully consideration of the heat dissipation problem in the operation of the cabinet. There are different number of heat emission hole at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet been heated, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slots, while the cold air is constantly supplemented to the cabinet by the lower slots, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.

3. According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the GGD canibet adopts the golden ratio of the method to design the shape of the cabinet and the partition size for each part, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and elegant.

4. The cabinet door is connected with the frame by a rotary-type movable hinge which is convenient to install and disassemble. There is a mountain-shaped rubber strip embedded in the dismantling edges of the door and the embedded strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke when the door is closed which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet and also improve the protection level of the door.

5. The instrument doors with electrical components are connected to the frame with a multiple strands soft copper wire. The mounting parts inside the cabinet are connected to the frame with knurled screws and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.

6. The cabinet surface paint selected polyester orange type baking paint, with strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is in matte color effect to avoid glare effect and create a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty. 

7. The top cover of the cabinet can be dismantled when needed, which is convenient for assembling and adjusting the main busbar on site. The four corners on the top of the cabinet are equipped with hanging rings for lifting and transportation.


Service Conditions

1. Atitude: No more than 2,000 meters;

2. Relative Temperature: -5℃~+40℃, daily average temperature no more than 35℃;

3. Relative Humodity: Daliy average value no more than 95%, monthly average value no more than 90%;

4. Seismic intensity: no more than 0.4m/S², normal acceleration no more than 0.2m/S²;

5. Place of use: The equipment should be installed at a place without violent vibration and impact, as well as the place insufficient to make the electrical components subject to corroded.

6. Installation place has no stenuous vibration, vertical slope no more than 5 degrees.
