JP series outdoor integrated distribution cabinet is a set of metering, out of the line, reactive power compensation and other multi-functions in one integrated distribution cabinet for outdoor to reach the functions of short circuit, overload, over-voltage and leakage protection, etc., with small size, beautiful appearance, economic and practical, install on the outdoor column transformer pole which is a new generation of projects for upgrading urban and rural power grids of the ideal distribution products.
Features
The box structure is divided into vertical and horizontal, the shell is made of 2m high-quality steel plate bent by multiple hemming process (or use honeycomb structure of stainless steel double laminated composite board with flame retardant, environmental protection, heat insulation, anti-condensation and other performances), using special stainless steel welding process, the cabinet is with high integral strength after formed, the surface is smooth as a mirror and no weld traces left. The internal installation beam (plate) is treated by hot-dip galvanizing process to ensure no rust within 20 years. The cabinet can be opend back and forth which easily to operate and maintenance for the users, the door is surrounded by high resilience anti-aging sealed strip, each door is equipped with two kinds of door locks, the surface mounted lock is equipped with anti-blocking and rust-proof rain cover. The measuring room is fully enclosed with lead sealing device. The side of the cabinet is equipped with a rain-proof and foreign body prevention incoming cable conduit, the bottom is pounched with a ventilation holes and cable outlet holes, the top has ventilation channel and barbed wire with the function of waterproof, rust-proof, dust-proof and foreign body prevention, the protection level is IP54.
Service Conditions
1. Atitude: No more than 2,000 meters;
2. Relative Temperature: -25℃~+40℃;
3. Relative Humodity: Daliy average value no more than 90%, monthly average value no more than 90%;
4. Seismic intensity: no more than 0.4m/S², normal acceleration no more than 0.2m/S²;
5. Place of use: The equipment should be installed at the place without violent vibration, impact, and corrosive gases.
6. Installation place has no stenuous vibration, vertical slope no more than 3 degrees.
