The primary and secondary combination ring main unit is consist of primary and secondary  switchgear, circuit breaker, load switch, current and voltage transformer, 12KV voltage PT, FTU of switching station, communication control terminal for primary and secondary metering and automatic meter reading USP power supply and indicating instrumentaion, etc., installed and adjusted into a movable, sealed and moisture-proof stainless steel box, so as to achieve the integration of the urban distribution network, the modularity of the assembly, shorten the construction period and greatly improves the reliability of urban power grid operation in the primary and secondary systems. 

According to the structure of the air box, the ring main unit is divided into common box type and unit type. According to the insulation material, it can be divided into environmentally friendly gas insulation type and SF6 gas insulation type: according to the indoor and outdoor type can be divided into indoor ring main unit and outdoor ring main unit. The incoming and ourgoing line can be set up according to the user’s requirements to meet the manual and electric misuse, and the circuit breaker circuits can realize different degrees of control, measurement and relay protection functions by matching with the corresponding intelligent control shadows and other related equipment, the user can configure the optional equipment according to different investment stages in installments to have strong upgrading ability and save investment. It is widely used in the distribution of load centers such as urban residential districts, high-rise buildings, large public buildings, factories, enterprises and other load centers of the distribution substations and box-type substations.

Features

1. The shell is assembled with double-layer, sealed, moisture-proof and rust-proof materials, which has high mechanical strength and strong corrosion resistance. The protection level of the shell reaches IP44W, IK10 and IP67 for the gas filled compartment.

2. The electrical equipment adopts imported or domestic high-quality products to guarantee 20 years of service life.

3. The back of the switch gas chamber is equipped with an explosion-proof valve, the gas is discharged through the explosion-proof valve to ensure the safety of operators, cables and other equipmens when the pressure of the internal arc is too large. 

4. The box body and the top cover has heat insulation function which can effectively reduce the indoor temperature rise caused by sunshine.

5. The connection between the base, skeleton, door, wall and top cover of the box-type substation used the labyrinth plate structure which makes it waterproof, dustproof and can prevent small animals entering in to ensure the reliable operation of the electrical equipment. 

6. Modular design, can be freely combined, the incoming and outgoing line is convenient and flexible, can be equipped with one or more sets of circuit breaker switches. Flexible and diversified wiring methods, branch out line up to 8 loops.

7. Configuration DTU to realize the intelligent control of the switching station/ring main unit.

8. The box material can be selected from polystyrene sandwich board, stainless steel plate, A3 cold-rolled steel plate, fiberglass board (landscape type), etc. The box is beautiful and generous, complementing and harminizing with  the surrounding environment.

Service Conditions

1. Atitude: No more than 1,000 meters;

2. Relative Temperature: -40℃~+40℃;

3. Relative Humodity: Daliy average value no more than 95%, monthly average value no more than 90%;

4. Seismic intensity: no more than 0.4m/S², normal acceleration no more than 0.2m/S²;

5. Place of use: The surrounding air is not visibly contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive and combustible gases, vapors or salt spray.

6. Installation place has no stenuous vibration, vertical slope no more than 3 degrees, under normal usage conditions.
