DEVELOPMENT HISTORY                                                                                                                                                                  

1) 1989-Wuhan Kaiyuan New Energy Electric established in 1989，start at a single counter. 

2) 2004- After more than 10 years’ development, move into the building office, start the company operating.

3) 2010-Acquistion Macheng Hengxin Electric which mainly manufacture aerial conductor fitting, suspension clamps, strain clamps, link fittings, protective fittings, strain guy wire clamp, terminal connector, etc. 

4) 2012-Start project cooperation with Xianning Fengyuan Hi-tech and achieve lots of good results.                                                         

5) 2014-Set up the Kaiyuan New Energy Investment Group.

6) 2016-Acquistion Xianning Fengyuan Hi-Tech which mainly manufacture CT/PT transformers, RMU, distribution cabinent, switchgear box, etc. 

7) 2019-1)Acquistion Edian Daqo Electric which manufacture L/H voltage switchgear, RMU, distribution cabinet, switchgear box, etc.

              2)Set up the Kaiyuan New Energy Design Company3)Change the name to Kaiyuan New Energy Electric Group

8) 2022-Start strategic cooperation with Shenzhen Towardwell which mainly manufacture automatic electronic controlling system and components, spring operating mechanism, circuit breaker, etc.

9) 2023-Won the title of specialized characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises.
