On February 7, 2025, the three-day 24th China Electrical Appliances Cultural Festival and Electrical Products Expo concluded successfully at the Liushi Exhibition Center in Wenzhou, Zhejiang.
Covering an area of 40,000 square meters and featuring over 1,000 exhibitors, the event showcased themes of "new concepts, new sectors, new technologies, new venues, and new scales." Among the highlights, Kaiyuan New Energy Power Group stood out with its vision of building a "greener, smarter, and more reliable" energy future. The company unveiled a range of self-developed innovations, including the K Smart Power Digitalization Platform, cabinet-style energy storage systems, the ICS Intelligent Control System, and integrated smart energy solutions, garnering widespread industry and client recognition.
The star of the show was Kaiyuan’s independently developed 233kWh liquid-cooled cabinet energy storage system, which captivated attention with its high safety, long lifespan, intelligent features, and ease of maintenance. This system delivers efficient, reliable, and eco-friendly energy solutions for the electrical industry. The 233kWh storage cabinet incorporates multiple safety layers: partitioned electrical isolation design, LFP battery cells (with over 10,000 cycles), a multi-level BMS for active safety monitoring and alerts, combustible gas detection, and integrated perfluorohexanone fire suppression to preemptively ensure system safety.
Complementing the hardware, Kaiyuan’s self-developed ICS Intelligent Control System optimizes energy dispatch by precisely managing charge/discharge cycles based on grid load, electricity pricing, and user demand. This system enables real-time data monitoring and analysis, embodying the "greener, smarter, more reliable" philosophy across diverse application scenarios.
Meanwhile, the K Smart Power Digitalization Cloud Platform drew crowds of industry professionals. This in-house developed platform not only serves as a robust tool for data management, analysis, and grid monitoring but also enhances operational efficiency by deepening intelligent maintenance capabilities, reducing costs, and boosting system reliability.
