Recently, Wuhan Kaiyuan New Energy Energy Electric Group Co., Ltd. successfully won the important project of power distribution operation and maintenance services for Wuhan Institute of Biological Products Co., Ltd. with its standardized service capabilities, professional technical strength, senior industry experience, and good reputation and credit.

Wuhan Institute of Biological Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhan Institute of Biological Products") is located in Huangjin Industrial Park Road, Zhengdian Street, Jiangxia District, Wuhan City. It is a large high-tech enterprise and one of the main biological product production bases in China, covering an area of 542 acres. It is understood that this project involves the maintenance and operation services of 2 sets of 35kV substations, 23 distribution rooms (including 4 10kV medium voltage distribution rooms), and 30 transformers (including 2 sets of 35kV 2500kVA transformers; 3 sets of 35kV 5000kVA transformers; 10 sets of  10kV 2500kVA transformers; 10 sets of 10kV 2000kVA transformers; 1 set of 10kV 1600kVA transformer; 4 sets of 10kV 1250kVA transformers) facilities and equipment.

In the early planning stage of the project, a professional operation and maintenance team was provided to understand the historical fault types and cases of the equipment, analyze and formulate effective emergency plans, and be familiar with the architecture of the power supply network system.

Regular safety weekly meetings and safety special training meetings were held during the project implementation phase.  Skill improvement training was organized regularly, including electrical knowledge training, internal skill professional assessment, emergency plan drill training, and distribution operation procedure and specification training.

Formulation of regular maintenance plans during the project operation and maintenance phase

Regular maintenance plans were formulated during the project operation and maintenance phase, and the maintenance cycle, content, and requirements were clarified.  Equipment routing inspection, cleaning, and other work were carried out according to the plan to ensure that the equipment was in good condition.

Currently, our company not only provides a series of professional services for power facilities and equipment, including planning, design, installation, commissioning, operation monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting, but also, through the undertaking of operation and maintenance projects, cooperates with our digital operation monitoring software platform to carry out real-time monitoring and data analysis of equipment, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis and self-healing,  equipment life prediction and health management, resource optimization and scheduling, etc.
