KYN61-40.5 armored withdrawable type AC metal-enclosed switchgear is a complete set of power distribution equipment, which is used for accepting and distributing electricity through power station, substations and industrial and mining enterprises. It plays a control, protection and detection functions. In addition to being widely used in general power systems, it can also be used in places with frequent operations.

This product conforms to the standards: GB3906 "3~35KV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear", GB/T11022 "Standard Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage switchgear and Controlgear", IEC60298 "AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear with a Rated Voltage above 1kV and below 50kV".

Features

1. The cabinet structure is assembled by multiple bending of aluminum-zinc plate.

2. Fully metal armoured and completely separated.

3. The cabinet shell is high sealed to prevent the equipment from being invaded by debris and pests, protection class can reach IP4X and all compartments protection class can reach IP2X, simple and effective locking to prevent misoperation.

4. Can be equipped with domestic and imported vacuum circuit breakers.

5. The vacuum circuit breakers and its operating mechanism in the high-pressure chamber require only minor maintenance. 

6. Simple to change the circuit breaker, good interchangeability for manual manipulation.

Service Conditions

1. Atitude: No more than 1,000 meters;

2. Relative Temperature: Maximum temperature no more than 40℃, minimun temperature no less than -10℃, daily average temperature no more than 35℃;

3. Relative Humodity: Daliy average value no more than 95%, monthly average value no more than 90%;

4. Seismic intensity: no more than Level 8;

5. Place of use: Daily average value of water vapour pressure no more than 2.2Kpa, monthly average value no more than 1.8Kpa. The place should with no fire, potential of explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and strenuous vibration.

If under special working conditions: The user should be negotiated withe the manufacturer when used in excess of the specified normal environmental conditions.
