KYN28-12 indoor AC metal armoured removable switchgear is a complete set of power distribution equipment for 3-10 kV three-phase AC 50HZ single busbar and its segmented system. This product can be installed on the panel of the relay cubicle with various types of microcomputer-type integrated relay protection devices, and can realize the intelligent control of the system with remote control, remote sesing, remote communication and remote adjustment functions, through the CAN bus with a communication interface to control the field network. It is mainly used for power station, small and medium-sized generators to send power, industrial, mining and enterprise power distribution, as well as the electrical system of the secondary substation power receiving, power transmission and large high-voltage motor starting, etc., for the control and protecting, monitoring purposes. 

This switchgear meets the requirements of DL/T404-91.IEC298, GB3906 and other standards, and has the interlocking function of preventing the pushing and pulling of the circuit breaker, preventing mistakenly opening and closing of the circuit breaker, preventing shutting off the broken circuit when the ground switc is in the closed position, preventing mistakenly entering the charged compartment, and preventing mistakenly closing the ground switch when it is energized. A variety of main switching configuration options are available: VS1, ZN21, VB5(VB5P), VD4, VEP3AH, EV12, VPR is a kind of power distribution device with superior performance.

Features

1. The cabinet structure is assembled by multiple bending of aluminum-zinc plate.

2. Fully metal armoured and completely separated.

3. The cabinet shell is high sealed to prevent the equipment from being invaded by debris and pests, protection class is IP41, simple and effective locking to prevent misoperation.

4. Can be equipped with domestic and imported vacuum circuit breakers.

5. The vacuum circuit breakers and its operating mechanism in the high-pressure chamber require only minor maintenance. 

6. Simple to change the circuit breaker, good interchangeability for manual manipulation.

7. Cabinet can be installed against the wall, with front of cabinet maintenance to reduce the footprint. It can also be installed without wall which can double-sided maintenance.

1. Atitude: No more than 1,000 meters;

2. Relative Temperature: -1℃~+40℃;

3. Relative Humodity: Daliy average valvu no more than 95%, monthly average value no more than 90%;

4. Seismic intensity: no more than 0.4m/S², normal acceleration no more than 0.2m/S²;

5. Place of use: The place with no fire, potential of explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and strenuous vibration, only indoor used.

6. Installation place has no stenuous vibration, vertical slope no more than 8 degrees.
